MUNN, TERESA - Teresa “Terry” Lynn Munn passed away May 8, 2014 at Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on June 17, 1955 in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Ryan) Parlee. Terry was the loving wife of 40 years to Mercer Munn, and is predeceased by their son Andrew. Terry was a gregarious inn keeper of A Tanners Home Inn. She was an avid animal lover, activist with S.P.C.A. and a founding member of Andy’s Animals. She was a member of St. Ann’s Church.
Besides her husband she is survived by her brother, Bernie Parlee, Prince George, BC; sisters, Nancy Denby, Vancouver, BC and Nora Bowes, Rothesay; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She is also predeceased by her sisters, Betty Goldschmidt and Jean Geldart; brother, Frank Parlee; several aunts and uncles.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, 634-7424, with visiting on Sunday, May 11, 2014 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 11 am from St. Ann’s Church, 135 Simpson Drive, Saint John. Interment will take place at a later date in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to Joshua Group or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
