Passed away peacefully at Hillside Manor, Mitchell, Ontario on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 after 97 years of a full and interesting life. Her beautiful smile will be missed by John, husband of 66 years and her children Susan Green (Derek) of St. John's, Patricia Swannell (Robert) of London, England, Barry Ward (Linda) of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Ron Ward (Sandra) of Kitchener, Ontario. Loving grandmother of Nikki, Jason, Gillian, William, Joshua, Alicia, Tony, Cameron and Emily. Dear great grandmother of seven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Joan Matthews of England and Ron Gass of France. Margery was a WW II veteran serving for most of the war in the W.A.A.F as a plotter in the Operations Rooms of the Air Force Fighter Stations in the defence of Britain. She, her husband and their four children lived in St. John's from 1960 - 1964 during which time she made many friends there.
