Entered into eternal life at McAuley Convent on May 9, 2014, Sister Mary Thaddeus Mullowney age 96 years. Predeceased by her parents, James and Honora (Vickers) Mullowney, and three sisters, Irene Power, Rita O'Keefe, and Theresa. She will be fondly remembered by her Religious Congregation, the Sisters of Mercy, one brother, Gregory (Regina), and one sister, Loretta Evancho, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Waking at McAuley Convent, 250 Waterford Bridge Road, St. John's, Sunday, May 11 at 7:00 p.m., Monday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 13, 9:30 a.m. at Corpus Christi Parish Church, Waterford Bridge Road. Interment to follow at the Sisters of Mercy plot in Belvedere Cemetery. May she rest in peace.
