It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we have to announce the sudden death of our handsome son, grandson and great grandson, Lincoln Shawn Forrest.
Born December 18, 2013, Lincoln wasn’t in our lives for long but had a great impression and love for each and everyone of us. Lincoln touched our hearts unconditionally. Lincoln will now be our guardian angel for the rest of our lives.
Lincoln was the son of Michael Forrest and Crystal LeBlanc. Brother of Kylie, Michael and Preston, grandson to David Forrest and Eileen MacLennan, Juanita LeBlanc and Val Jackson, Edward Whitty; great grandson to David and Florence Forrest, Stanley and Patricia LeBlanc and Edna Whitty. Lincoln was a nephew to David and Susan, Justin and Shana, Brandon and Kaitlyn, Tyler and Chelesa, Edward and Keah, T.J. Lincoln had many great aunts and uncles and cousins, too many to mention.
Lincoln was predeceased by his great grandparents Angus and Eva MacLennan and an uncle Kenny LeBlanc.
Visitation will take place on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Fillmore & Whitman Funeral Home 10 Clyde Ave. Sydney Mines. A Funeral service will take place on Saturday at 12.30p.m. at Holy Family Parish Sydney Mines. With Rev. JJ MacDonald officiating. Burial at Brookside Cemetery, Sydney Mines.
