Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Health Science Center, St. John's, NL on May 22nd, 2014, age 89. Clayton is predeceased by his sister Muriel, brother Lloyd and his daughter Sharon. Leaving to celebrate Clayton's life is his sister Rita, 4 sons Wayne, Bob (Diane), John and Clyde (Vickie), 4 Grandchildren Heather, Leeann, Maxene and Robert, and 3 Great-Grandchildren Zachary, Emma and Hailey, a number of Nieces and Nephews, and a large circle of friends. Cremation has taken place and public visitation will take place Saturday, May 24th, 2014, from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, St. John's, NL. Service will take place Sunday, May 25th, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at The Carnell Memorial Chapel. No flowers upon request, but in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
