LEGER, EVA - 1928 - 2014 - Eva Leger, 86, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Friday, May 23rd, 2014, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center. Born in Acadieville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alec and the late Josephine (née: Gaudet) Hebert. She is survived by three daughters: Shirley Leger, Jeannine (late Raymond) LeBlanc and Joanne (Ennio Midun), all three of Dieppe; two sons: Normand “Norm” (Christine) and Valmon (Pauline) both of Moncton; one sister, Emma (Eddy) Martin of Rogersville; one granddaughter, Nicole (Chris), as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Camille in 2005; three sisters: Marie, Dora and Sylvina and also by four brothers: Alexandre, Alyre, Francois and baby Francois.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901) on Monday from 7 to 9 pm; on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and also on Wednesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Sainte-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Wednesday, May 28th, 2014 at 11 am.
