BAUER, YOLANDE MARIE - Yolande M. Bauer, 60, of Moncton, with her loving family at her side, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, May 23, 2014. Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Annie Savoie. In her younger years, Yolande was employed with Ultramar Killam Drive. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. Yolande will be sadly missed by her loving husband of over 45 years’, William “Bill” Bauer of Moncton; daughter, Betty Archibald-Bauer (Harvey) of Moncton; son, Terrence Bauer (Janet Trites) of Monteagle; grandchildren, Cassandra Bauer and Ryan Rogers; sisters, Jeanne Crossman (Don) and Yvette Maillet (Levi); brothers, Adelard Savoie (Bernadette), Clarence Savoie (Dianna) and Irenne Savoie (Jeanine). In addition to her parents, Yolande was predeceased by her brother, Leonard Pellerin and sister, Irene Hawkins A special thank you to Albert Fournier (patient at The Moncton Hospital).
Visitation hours to be held at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. A Service Celebrating Yolande’s Life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Laurence Quin-Morris officiating. Refreshments in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment to be held in Elmwood Cemetery.
