Peacefully, at the Provincial Palliative Care Unit, on Saturday, May 24, 2014, of Rosemary Margaret Hill (nee Rogers) of Stratford, age 86 years.
Beloved wife of 64 years of Douglas, loving mother of Rosemary (Dennis) Compton and James (Tracy). Caring grandmother of Stephen, Sarah, Elizabeth, Sophia, Matthew, Cameron and Emma and five great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her parents, George and Florence Rogers; brothers, George (Irene) and Tom (Evelyn) Rogers.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Thursday from St. Peter’s Cathedral at 10 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Oncology Unit would be appreciated. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Due to allergies please refrain from wearing scents.
