passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit at the Miller Centre in St. John's, May 24, 2014, after a lengthy illness. Predeceased by his parents Ronald and Mary (Molloy), brother Ronald, and a special infant daughter. Leaving to celebrate his life are his wife of fifty-one years Alfreda (nee Hearn), daughters Kelly of Montreal, Maria of Prince George, BC, Coleen (Tony), and Krista Hutchings (Ian). Also his special four-legged friends Bella, Maggie, Penny, and Kacie. He also leaves a large family of siblings, their spouses, and families. Pat was a loving father who worked with Canada Post for many years, and was also a long-time volunteer with the Community Food Sharing Association. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home on LeMarchant Road. Visitation for family only on Sunday, May 25 5pm-8pm. Open visitation Monday, May 26 2pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. Funeral mass will take place at St. Patrick's church on Patrick Street on Tuesday, May 27 at 9:30am, with internment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations may be made to the Community Food Sharing Association,The Gathering Place, or to a charity of one's choice.
