At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 of Art MacKinnon of Stratford, age 84 years.
Beloved husband of Freda MacKinnon (nee Cheverie) and loving father of Birt (Janice), June McInnis (Wayne), Allan (Ann), Ray (Rose), Brent (Brenda) and Theresa MacKinnon. Art is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; brothers - Raymond MacKinnon (Agnes-deceased) and Peter MacKinnon (Joan).
He was predeceased by his parents - William and Katherine MacKinnon; sister - Eva MacIsaac; and brother - Roy MacKinnon (Mary-deceased).
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Thursday, May 29, 5-8 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 30 at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Stratford, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Assumption Cemetery.
