KINGSTON, ELIZABETH "BETTY" J. - Elizabeth “Betty” J. Kingston, 78, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, June 2, 2014. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Violet (Clark) Thomas. Betty was a former employee of the T. Eaton Co. Ltd., a member of West Lane Baptist Church and Frank H. Tingley No. 5 O.E.S. In past years, Betty enjoyed needlework, crafts, cooking for her family and friends, and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. Betty will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 59 years, Wesley; son, David (Denise) of Moncton; precious grandchildren, Nathan, Christina, Stephanie and Jenny; sister, Audrey Petitpas (Gerald) of Moncton; brother-in-law, Gordon Wasson of Moncton and several special nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Susan and sisters, Helen and Pat.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Frank H. Tingley No. 5 O.E.S. Memorial Service on Wednesday at 6:30 pm. Funeral Service at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 10:30 am, with Pastor Scott Ryder officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service.
