We, the family of the later Edward Smith send our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the kindness and compassion shown to our family during our recent loss of a dear father and brother. A special thank you to Dr. Peter Poulous, for the wonderful care and compassion shown to Eddy, over the past 20 years. To all the doctors, nurses and staff of all floors at The Northside General Hospital, Eddie was on every floor one time or another thank you, for the care given to him. To all dr., nurses and staff of the CBRH’s Emergency and I.C.U. your care and compassion shown to Eddy and his family was excellent, thank you. To Dr. Harry Pollet and staff for the care of Eddy over the past years thank you. To the V.O.N. nurses and paramedics over the past few years, thank you. Thank you to Father Peter MacLeod, for the beautiful church service. To the choir, Eucharistic ministers and gift bearers we thank you. To the C.W.L. for the beautiful lunch they provided. Thank you to everyone who attended the Mass, sent sympathy cards, Mass cards and made memorial donation. To all the Kinsmen and K.O.C. who attended, Eddie would have been so proud. Thank you to Cameron, Verna and Scott MacNeil and his friends at Tim Horton’s for always being so nice to Eddy. To each and everyone who helped in some way we thank you. Thank you to Manning Jobes and staff at Jobes Funeral Home for their personal and professional assistance during this difficult time.
