The death occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, of Eleanor Hinton, of Summerside, aged 93 years. Born in Hazelgrove, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Augusta “Gussie” (MacPherson) Bagnall. Survived by her daughters Patricia Rogers, Summerside; Paula (Michael) O’Neil, Stanley Bridge; grandchildren Janet (Nick) Oppedisano, Halifax, NS; Tim (Aletheia) O’Neil, Oakland, CA; great-grandchildren Ripley O’Neil and Drake Oppedisano; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her first husband Ferno “Brud” Rogers; second husband Richard “Dick” Hinton; sister Katherine Johnston-Mills; and brothers Richard and Edwin Bagnall. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. Completed funeral arrangements and visiting hours to be announced at a later date. Interment in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations to Trinity United Church, Summerside, would be appreciated.
