Sybil Adel Butler (nee Boyd) R.N. 1925-2014 General Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1946; Passed peacefully away at home on June 5, age 88. Predeceased by parents Freeman and Gertrude, sister Thelma, son Frank 1971, husband Cecil 2001. Leaving to mourn son John and his wife Sandra, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law Bert (Laura) and sister-in-law Hilda and many friends. Visitation will take place at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Saturday, June 7 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, June 8 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle on Kenmount Road on Monday, June 9 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Bauline United Cemetery, Pouch Cove Line.
