CYR, JEANNINE BELLA - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mom Jeannine Bella Cyr on June 7, 2014 at Saint John Regional Hospital. She is now back in the arms of her loving husband Martin Egbert. Jeannine was born April of 1928 in Edmundston, NB, the daughter of the late Isabelle Noel and Alphonse Martin. Jeannine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She was an active member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, and enjoyed golfing, bowling and spending time with her family. She is survived by her sons Karl (Roseline) of Calgary AB and Gregory (Diane) of Saint John; daughters Diana (Gordon) and Jane (Timothy) both of Vancouver, BC; grandchildren Lisa, Jocelyn, Jeffrey, Renee and Jillian; great-granddaughters Addison and Marissa; nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents Jeannine was predeceased by the love of her life for 62 years Martin E. Cyr who passed away in 2012.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday June 10, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ann's Catholic Church on Wednesday June 11, 2014 at.10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
