The family announces with sorrow her passing on Wednesday June 4, 2014. Beloved wife of Gilles Tanguay. Loving mother of Julian (Kristy) and grandmother of Riley and Reese. Loving daughter of Mary and the late Maurice White (1992). Dear sister of Sylvia (James), Marilyn (Tim), Dianne (Peter), Arlene (Richard), Nancy, Randell (Audrey), Ron (Jacqueline), Larry (Diane), Rodney (Karen). Debra is survived by her mother-in-law Marie Alice, by her sisters-in-law Simmone, Aline, Manon, Noela and by her brother-in-law Lionel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Debbie had been a long-time employee and friend at United Supply Group and will be missed by all. Special thanks to Liz Feldman at Bayshore, Dr. Kvas and Krista Plaunt at TDH. A memorial gathering in celebration of Debra's life will be held at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia on Friday, June 13th, 2014 from 4pm-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia, on Saturday, June 14th at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Daffodil Place or Ronald McDonald House will be greatly appreciated.
