PORIER, LORRAINE – At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PE, on Saturday, June 14, 2014, of Lorraine Poirier, of Summerside, aged 90 years. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Philias and Josephine (Bourgeois) Daigle. Survived by her children Andrea Poirier-Brewer, Carmella (George) Williams, Paul (Kathy Hogan), Bernadette (Roger) Frenette, Maurice, Louise (Eugene) Kelly, Robert (Lynn), Gerald, Diane (Gary) Murphy; by 16 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and by sisters and brothers Louise, Simone, Fred and Jerry. Predeceased by her husband Paul Nazaire Poirier; sisters and brothers Geraldine, Jeanette, Odette, in infancy, Yvon and Al.
Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Tuesday then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside.
