At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, June 16, 2014 of Reta Rebecca Beer (nee Rodd), formerly of Clyde River, age 99 years.
Dear mother of Parker (Jean) Beer and Blair (Doreen) Beer. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, David (Natasha), Karyn Boyle (Bill), Carolyn Beer; by five great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law of Hilda Beer and Adam Sokolik.
Predeceased by her husband, James; by her parents, Bruce and Lulu (Parkman) Rodd; by her brother, Clifford (Rena); and by her sister, Joyce Sokolik.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Thursday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Friday at Burnside Presbyterian Church, Clyde River at 11 a.m. Interment in Burnside Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Family flowers only.
