At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 of Ronald Arsenault of Charlottetown, age 64 years.
Beloved husband of Marjorie Arsenault (nee Burt) and loving father of Edwin Arsenault (Marian Beyea), Scott McCourt (Nathalie Boucher), Carol Ann McCourt (Adam Keaveny) and Kristina McCourt. Ronald is also survived by grandchildren - Rebecca McCourt, Kameryn, Devon and Logan Keaveny, Braedon McKenna, Tucker Wallace, Emmett and Andre Arsenault, Emma McCourt and Justin Pitre; brother - Oscar Arsenault and sisters - Theresa Michaud (John-deceased) and Louise Arsenault; brothers-in-law - John Burt (Debbie), Ralph Burt, Donnie Burt (Martina) and James Burt; sister-in-law - Wendy Burt-Dickerson (Tom); and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents - Gerald and Imelda Arsenault; brother - David Arsenault; sisters - Irene Arsenault and Carmel Gallant; and first wife - Sandra Arsenault (nee Swetman).
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, where family will meet friends and acquaintances on Friday, June 27, 6-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Basilica on Saturday, June 28, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
