Margaret Catherine 'Peggy' MacLeod, 67, of Dartmouth, passed away on July 12, 2014, in Ocean View Continuing Care.
Born in Grand River Falls, she was a daughter of the late Angus and Alice Morrison.
She was a bookkeeper for MacLeod Sawing and Drilling for many years. She treasured time spent with family especially her grandchildren.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Laurie Ann MacLeod (Kenny), Jennifer (Tyrone) Gibbons; beloved granddaughters, Lindsay, and Danielle; brother A.D. Morrison; sister Marion 'Mally' Peters; many nieces and nephews.
Peggy was predeceased by her husband Archie; sister-in-law Fema; and brother-in-law Raymond.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16 at 2 p.m. in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, Rev. James Haughn officiating. Burial in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens with a reception to follow in the funeral home.
