DINHAM, Caroline “Carrie” J. (nee Parsons)— Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on December 31, 2008, Carrie Dinham, age 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Clyde; brother Jack Parsons and sister Mildred Hollett. Fondly remembered by her sons: Derek (Phyllis), Iqaluit, Nunavut and George, New Glasgow, N.S.; grandchildren: Susan, Stephen (Megan), Clyde (Kathy), Gregory and Angela; great-grandchildren: Harrison, Keegan, Kennedy; sisters: Isabelle Fiander (Roy), Hermitage, Margaret Gullage, Grand Falls-Windsor, Emily McDonald (Lesley), Gander; brother Lewellyn Parsons (Elossie); sisters-in-law: Effie George, Annie Bragg and many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Health Sciences Centre and her wonderful niece Darlene. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 2 p.m. from St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.
