Knute Wilhelm KNUTSON It is with sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Knute Wilhelm Knutson on February 15, 2010 at the Victoria Hospital. Knute attended Wild Bear School where he completed his grade 8. Knute was a typical student who loved life and liked to play ball and ride horseback. Knute married Audrey Florence Cole in 1978 and they lived on the farm until they retired in 1987. Knute was a long time survivor of diabetes (60 years), loved farming, and his horse Brownie, was active in his church and community and loved being a foster parent. Knute will be forever remembered by: his sister Mabel (Bob) Lalonde; his brothers Marvin, Elvin and Arnold (Dorothy); his sisters-in-law Barbara and Wilda (Dennis) Camplin; his special foster grandchildren Donny (Erin Gettle) and Dominic Huser, Tina (Adam Brown) and Seth Huser and Samantha Huser; his brothers-in-law Keith (Marilyn) and Alvin (June) Cole and numerous nieces, nephews and foster children. Knute was predeceased by his wife Audrey; his parents Ingeman and Annie; an infant brother and sister; brother Joe and sister-in-law Betty. Memorial Service will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at the Cornerstone Free Methodist Church, 2200 – 15th Avenue East, Prince Albert, SK with Pastor Daniel Graham officiating. Private Interment will be held at a later date in the Mildred Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray's Funeral Chapel, Lorne Adams, Funeral Director.
