COADY, Emma Sarah — Passed peacefully away at the Glenbrook Lodge St. John’s on December 29, Emma Sarah Coady of St. John’s formerly of New Chelsea, aged 92 years. Born in Greens Harbour, she was the daughter of the late Flora Butt (Belbin) and George Butt, predeceased by husband John Coady. Leaving to mourn daughter Delores (Tom) Mackinson, St. John’s; two grandchildren Maryann (Dan), Irene (Walter), both of Nova Scotia. Three special great-grandchildren Jason, Michael and Chelsey, niece Marcella, Ontario. Visitation will take place at Barretts Funeral Home, Hamilton Ave. on Tuesday Jan 6 from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday visitation will take place at Greens Funeral Home Winterton, from 10 a.m. -12 noon. Funeral service to take place at 1 p.m. from Greens Funeral Home. Interment in Wesley United Church Cemetery, New Chelsea.
