Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on February 20, 2010, Frank Rowe Hallett, aged 76 years. Leaving to mourn his wife of 55 years Shirley; son David (Michelle), granddaughters Madeleine & Alexandra. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 pm. Funeral service to take place from the Salvation Army Temple, Torbay Road on Tuesday at 11:00 am with cremation to follow.
