We, the family of the late Claire O\'Keefe would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to helping us through this time of great loss. To the staff of An Cala Palliative Care Unit for their tender care and respect for Claire and their support of us, Claire\'s family, especially Christine Jollymore RN, thank you for finding a way for \"All of us to be together\". To all who brought food, sent flowers, sympathy cards, Mass cards emails, charitable donations, visited our homes and attended the wake and funeral, we are forever grateful for your love and support. To Fr. Oliver and Fr. MacPhee for the lovely funeral Mass, especially Fr. MacPhee\'s homily which painted a vivid picture of Claire and gave peace within each of us knowing that she was \"truly home for Christmas\". To Jeanne, Janet and Jamie, Claire\'s grandchildren who presented the offertory, to St. Theresa\'s Choir for their beautiful hymns (Claire\'s favourites) to the readers, the pallbearers and the altar servers, a sincere than you for making the last tribute to Claire a memorable one. Thank you to Claire Wall and her staff for the lovely lunch served following the Mass. A special than you to the managements and staff of Atlantic Superstore, Sydney River, Hair Solutions, Sydney, Wacky\'s Flooring and Casey, Rodgers, Chisholm, Penny, Dartmouth for their continued support and generosity that was shown to Claire\'s daughters during her decline and at the time of our loss. Thank you to the professional staff at T.W. Curry\'s Funeral Home for their support and guidance. To all of our family and friends who continue to grieve with us,we are blessed to have each of you.
