The death occurred peacefully, with family by her side, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, December 20, 2008, of Genevieve “Gen” Enman, of Balcom Drive, Summerside, aged 78 years. Born in North Battleford, Sask., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Lojek) Charabin. Survived by her children, Sheila Enman, Summerside; Jim (Deborah), Lower Sackville, N.S.; Ken (Bonnie Snowdon), Lahore, Pakistan; grandchildren Joseph, Bethany and Jesse Enman; step-grandchildren Lukas and Joshua McIlvena; sisters Mary Zawada, Fran McClaren and by a brother, Joe. Predeceased by her husband, Robert Enman; sister Joan and by brothers Stan and Leon. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Tuesday, then to Trinity United Church, Summerside, for funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Summerside. A reception will be held at the Silver Fox Curling and Yacht Club, Tuesday afternoon, from 12:30 to 3 p.m.. No visiting hours by personal request.
