Husband of Elva (McGlinchey) Hatt and son of the late James Henry and Angela "Arkie"(Smith) Hatt. Survived by his wife, son, Michael, daughter, Kelly, brothers and sisters; William, Gerald "Jake", Sandra Beck (Frank), Dale, Linda Richards (Maurice), Danny (Priscilla) Tom, Bob (Roseanne), Mary Jo (Doug), brother-in-law, Donald McGlinchey, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by brother, Edward.
A graveside service will be held at the Pomeroy Ridge Cemetery, Pomeroy Ridge, NB on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 2 PM. Visiting hours will be held at The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
