BOURGEOIS, EDNA - Edna Bourgeois of Villa Providence passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the age of 89. Born on October 17, 1924 in Dover, she was the daughter of the late Tilmon Dupuis and the late Agnes LeBlanc. She will be sadly missed by her three children, Berthe Boudreau (Paul Émile), Paul Bourgeois (Annette), Gilles Bourgeois (Pauline); eight grandchildren: Christine LeBlanc (Joël), Marc Boudreau (Christine), Geneviève Bourgeois-Breau (Stéphane), Monique Bourgeois (Jason), Jacinthe LeBlanc (Michel), Jacques Bourgeois (Christine), Maxime (Sara) and Caroline Bourgeois (Brian); eight great grandchildren: Alexis, Monica, Mathieu, Madisson, Miguelle, Zachary, Ashley and Marie Eve; one sisters, Anna Tougas de Montréal; two sisters-in-law; Dorilla Dupuis et Ethel Dupuis and by several sister-in-laws, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews from the Bourgeois family. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur (July 17, 2014), two sisters Marie Gallant and Marguerite Drisdelle and by eight brothers Alfred (Fred) Dupuis, Philippe Dupuis, Edouard Dupuis, Aurèle Dupuis, Henri Dupuis, Camille Dupuis, Joseph Dupuis and Tilmon Dupuis.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Friday, September 5 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral Mass will be held at Notre Dame de l’Annonciation church, Pre-D’en-Haut on Saturday, September 6 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca
