Passed peacefully at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, on Monday, September 8, 2014 at the age of 44 years. Tracey Holtzheimer (nee Hardiman), beloved wife of Jan Holtzheimer of Zephyr. Loving mother of Mikaela and Sarah, both at home. Much loved daughter of Lillian and Leo Hardiman of St. John's, Newfoundland and daughter in law of Alois and Marga Holtzheimer of Zephyr. Dear sister of Louise Penton (Dan), Wade Hardiman, Leon Hardiman and Chris Hardiman (Roanna) and aunt of Jessica, Colleen, Kayden and Josh. Fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends.
