Passed peacefully away at the Lions Manor, Placentia on Sunday, September 7, 2014, Wesley Lockyer of Arnold’s Cove, formerly of Isle Valen, aged 72 years. Predeceased by his parents Edgar and Myrtle Lockyer; brother Reginald. Left with fond and loving memories his sisters Viola Bolt (Victor), Charlotte Warren (Gordon), Sylvia Hann (George), Maude Hollett (David) and Minnie Smith (Edward); brothers Enos (Mary), Earl (Lily), Malcolm (Annie), Gabriel and Winston (Debbie); sister-in-law Elizabeth Lockyer; a large number of nieces and nephews; uncle Earl and aunt Winnie Lockyer; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Arnold’s Cove. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at St. Michael’s All Angels Anglican Church, Arnold’s Cove with interment at the Interfaith Cemetery, Arnold’s Cove. In his memory donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation.
