Robarts, Capt. Charlotte A. – Age 69, of Advocate Harbour passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2014 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan. Born in Apple River, she was a daughter of the late Aubrey and Irene (Lunn) Neves. She is survived by daughters, Karen McClellan, West Orange, NJ; Charlene Rhem (Reese), Charlotte, NC; a son, Thomas (Beverly), Apple River; sisters, Sylvia Christensen (Eric), Vancouver; Sheila Shirley, Apple River; Marcia McDougall (Lesmere), New Salem; brothers, Nelson (Millie), Apple River; Terry (Linda), Parrsboro; 9 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Capt. Thomas B. Robarts in 2012, and a brother, Gerald. A memorial celebration will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday [September 18, 2014] at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, Harry Munroe of the Jehovah’s Witnesses officiating. Burial in the Advocate Cemetery.
