Alexander 'Sandy' Munroe

With great sadness we regret to inform you our beloved Sandy passed away Feb. 18, 2014, at the age of 62.
Cherished husband to Dee, the love of his life; beloved brother of Heather and Eoin; uncle to Lisa (Mike Tullai) and Shelly Teves and Malcolm and Jack Munroe; brother-in-law to Ven Teves and Janie Munroe; nephew to Adeline and Gerry; cousin to Cheryl (Munroe) MacDonald and Jimmy (Linda) Munroe.
Preceded in death by his parents, John Lamond and Christene (MacLean) Munroe and sister, Beth.
Sandy lived every day of his life to the fullest and was grateful for the years he was able to return home to the Mira spending time with his family and friends, the MacPhersons, MacLeods, Husseys, MacSweens, Huntingtons and Woodills.
A celebration of Sandy’s life will be held at St. Columba Presbyterian Church, Marion Bridge on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 11 a. m., with Rev. Lydia MacKinnon officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
