Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the age of 96 years. Predeceased by his wife Alice V. Dicks. Leaving to mourn sister Joan Periera as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and close friends. Donations in Edwin's memory may by made to George St. United Church. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm and Sunday, October 12, 2014 from 2-4pm. Funeral service will take place from Barrett's Chapel on Monday, October 13, 2014 at 11:00am with interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
