Age 86, Georgetown, loving partner of 46 years to Ralph Clair Crawford occurred on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown surrounded by her family. Born August 17, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Reginald and Pearl (DeBaie) Hubley. Norma is survived by her children Joyce Gilbert, Wendy (Kevin Hynes) MacConnell, Alvona Flynn, Cynthia (Ernie Arsenault) Kenny, Karen (Leslie) Mitchell, Koren (George) Coffin; sisters Lola Welton, Joan Baines; twenty five grandchildren; forty three great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; several cousins, many nieces and nephews. Norma was predeceased by a granddaughter Suzanne Gilbert; brother-in-laws Owen Welton, Carl Baines, and first husband Bernard A. Gilbert.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting hours on Monday, October 13, 2014 from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 2 p.m., at the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to take place in St. David’s Cemetery, Georgetown.
