It is with great sadness that the family of the late BARRY L. AYRES of Fortune announces his passing at the Health Science Centre in St. John’s, on Tuesday, October 14th, 2014, at the age of 56. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife, Lillian of 33 years; son, Justin (Terria) of Sackville, NS; daughters, Melanie Ayres (Norman Kinslow) of Port Aux Basques and Robyn Ayres (Jason Quirke) of Fort McMurray, AB; brothers, Willis (Cecilia), Robert (Laura), Gary, Travis (Deneen) and Jody (Kayla); sisters, Ella Ayres (Dwayne Cheeke) and Sharon Ayres; 9 Grandchildren, Bobbie-Lee, Dawson, William, Cayden, Paige, Mary-Raella, Nolan, Jackson and Chase; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Eli & Elsie Irene Ayres; brother, Cecil.

The Funeral Service took place from All Saints Anglican Church in Fortune, on Friday, October 17th, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. Cremation followed. In Barry’s memory donations may be made to The Ayres Family.
