ROSIE HARVEY
December 24, 1953 – October 19, 2014

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 19, at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre, Rosie Harvey at the age of 60 years. Rosie was predeceased by her father Leander, brother Wayne and sister Ann. She leaves to mourn with many fond and precious memories the love of her life Ben Budgell of 24 years. Rosie will forever remain in the hearts of her family; daughter Carla (Brad) Skinner, grandson Andy, her mother Elizabeth Harvey all of Isle aux Morts. Brothers: Tommy (Marilyn) Isle aux Morts, Junior (Debbie) Shelbourne NS, Vince (Trina) Lockport NS. Sisters; Mary (Alex) Port aux Basques, Eileen (Dana) Isle aux Morts, Susie (Allan) Harrietsfield NS, Norma (Dean), Doreen (Dion), Marilyn (Donald) all of Isle aux Morts, Joy (Jason) Harrietsfield NS. Rosie will also be sadly missed by her extended family from Central Newfoundland, Brad (Ann Marie), Brenda (Ed) her granddaughter Bethany and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, in laws and many, many friends. Visitation took place on Tuesday and Wednesday at Holy Spirit Anglican Church in Isle aux Morts. Funeral services took place on Thursday, October 23, 2 p.m. at Holy Spirit Anglican Church, officiated by Rev. Maryrose Colbourne, interment followed at Hillside Haven Cemetery, Isle aux Morts Road. Flowers graciously accepted or memorial donations can be made to the charity of one's choice.
