Davis
Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at James Paton Memorial Hospital on October 13, 2014, Claude Wilberforce Davis, 87 years of age of Trinity. Predeceased by his parents; Chesley Samuel and Minnie Florence (nee Pye) Davis, daughter; Minnie Florence, brother; Allister. Left to mourn with loving memories are his wife Minnie Rachel, his children Christine (Derek) Hillier, Claude Jr. (Sheri), Cynthia (Eric) Yetman, and Judy (Jim) Lambert; grandchildren Jason (Lori) Hillier, Chad (Kerri-Ann) Hillier, Melanie (Allan) Day, Brent Hillier, Sherry (Patrick) Mallet, Jodie (Joseph) Randell, and Andrew (Cassandra) Davis; great-grandchildren Atticus, Ocean, Zachary, Annabelle, Parker, Erin, Joshua, and Kathryn; brothers Carl and Chesley and sisters Marion, Marguerite, Gertrude, Josephine, Joyce and a large circle of family and friends. Funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Trinity with Rev. David Coffin officiating. Interment followed at St. Alban’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Trinity. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander.
