Passed peacefully away on October 22, 2014 at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia, Irene Bridget McCue Warren (nee Kelly), at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by her first husband Richard McCue and their daughters Cecilia and Mary-Rose; and second husband Peter Warren; parents Peter and Mary Ellen Kelly; brothers Tom, Peter and Michael; and sister Catherine Sparrow. Leaving to mourn are her sons Pat (Rita) and Rick; grandson Scott Buchannan (Jamie); granddaughter Krista Piercey (Scott); great-grandchildren Scott Buchannan, Mary-Rose Buchannan, Lawrence Walsh and McKelti Piercey; sisters Florence Woodman, Veronica Power and their spouses; brother Al Kelly; step-sons Jim, Charlie, Norman, Andy and their wives; son-in-law Joe Buchannan; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends, especially Debbie Bruce, Donna Duke, and all her friends at the Gateway Residence in Dunville. Visitation at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia on Thursday, October 23rd from 7pm to 9pm, and Friday, October 24th from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place 11am on Saturday, October 25th at Sacred Heart Church, Fox Harbour. Interment to follow at the R.C. Cemetery, Fox Habour. Flowers gratefully accepted.
