Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, Bertha Crocker of Swift Current, aged 70 years. Predeceased by her parents Moses and Bessie Smith and brother Jim Smith. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Clement of 51 years; children Lemont (Veronica), Terrence (Gloria), Coreena (Eric) and Yvette (Derek); grandchildren Vanessa, Coreena, Desmond, Maggie, Colin, Jennifer, Blaine, Donnie and Jimmy ; six special great grandchildren; sister Lavenia Green; brother George Smith (Angela); and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at the United Church, Swift Current. Funeral service took place on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the United Church, Swift Current with interment at the United Cemetery, Swift Current. In her memory donations may be made to the NL Lung Association.
