RICHARD, JOANNE BLANCHE - With sadness, the family of Joanne Richard announces her passing, on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Bobby’s Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Born June 3, 1954, she is the daughter of the late Ronald and Bernice (Henderson) Beyea and wife of Leo Richard. Joanne really enjoyed knitting and her homemade mittens and scarves were a gift to look forward to in her family. She was a kind and caring lady who would help anyone in need. Joanne was so friendly and outgoing and she was well loved by all who knew her. In addition to her husband Leo, Joanne is survived by her children Andrew and Angela Miller, Justin Richard (Ashley Valardo), Shane Richard (Kristin) and Kerri-Lynn Maloney (Mike); brother Lee Beyea (Clifford Stewart); sister Connie Hachey (Wayne); precious grandchildren Hannah, Michael, Adrian, Hailey, Carter and Lexi, as well as, several extended family members.
Arrangements under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) In keeping with Joanne's wishes, there will be no visitation. The funeral liturgy will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, from a place and time to be announced as details are not confirmed at this time. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
