The death occurred at Clinton View Lodge, on Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, of D. Fern (Clark) Caseley, formerly of Kelvin Grove and Kensington, aged 97 years. Fern was born in Linkletter on Aug. 12, 1917, the daughter of the late Bruce and Bertha (MacDonald) Clark. She was the wife of the late S. Leaman Caseley. Mother of Joan (Keith) Sudsbury, Spring Valley; Garth (Lucille), Fredericton, N.B.; Rowan (Melissa), Kensington; Roger (Elaine), Kelvin Grove; Wendall (Lynn), Bedford, N.S.; and Stuart (Patsy), Summerside. Cherished Nanny/ Gram of 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Also survived by brother Charles Clark of Duncan, B.C., and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by grandson Michael Caseley, sister Melissa Fraser, sisters-in-law and brothers-in law Harriet Clark, Lilly (Ellis) Profitt, Marion (Heath) Mayhew, Katherine (Stanley) Thompson, Morris (Lorraine) Caseley and Doris Caseley. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington where members of Regent Chapter No. 52 Order of Eastern Star will hold a memorial service on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. followed by visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday in the Kensington United Church at 11 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
