FARDY, Kathleen (Kay Gillies) – age 81 years. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 12, 2009 at 7 p.m., Mary Queen of Peace Church, Torbay Road. Kay passed peacefully away in Toronto on October 21, 2008. Predeceased by her husband Hugh, mother and father George and Mary Gillies, sisters Alice Johnson, Helen Lineberger (Joe) and brother Bill; sister-in-law Andrea Gillies, brothers-in-law David Johnson, Ray Murphy and nephew Ted Johnson. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories daughter Ann (Mike); sons Hugh (Judy), Jeff (Allison), Neil, all of Toronto; Ian (Molly), Maryland; brother Ted (Rosemary), Florida; Bun (Cede), Bernie (Ann), St. John’s; Mary (Ken), Toronto; thirteen grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends.
