Jon MacIntosh
We, the family of the late Jon MacIntosh, who passed away September 28, 2014, wish to thank all of our friends and relatives who attended the memorial service at St. John’s Church in Port Morien. A sincere thank you to all who phoned, visited, brought food, sent cards and made charitable donations in memory of Jon. A very special thank you to Jon’s Angels from Home Care Services, their love and compassion allowed Jon to remain at home during his illness. A special thanks to all of Jon’s friends, both near and far, who visited with Jon during his illness. We also what to thank Dr. David Ley, Dr. M. Maharaj, Dr. George Burns and Cathy Lloyd RN of Palliative Care, VON nurses, staff of third floor west, the emergency staff of the Glace Bay Hospital, EHS and Ferguson’s Pharmacy for their care of Jon. A very special thank you to Rev. Robert Biggar, the choir of St. John’s and St. Luke Church for the memorial service celebrating Jon’s life. Thank you Alice MacLeod, organist for playing Jon’s favorite hymns, thank you Donald Campbell for reading the 23rd Psalm. A sincere thank you to Patten Funeral Home, Michelle Young and Angus MacVicar for their kindness and compassion during this difficult time.
