HARCOURT, RICHARD - Richard "Dick" Alexander Harcourt, peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, at Oakville, Ontario, on October 2, 2014. Beloved husband of Peggy (nee D’Arcy) and loving father of Michelle. Brother-in-law of Jim D’Arcy (Sharon), Saint John. Uncle of Brian D’Arcy (Jennifer), Saint John and Dawna D’Arcy, Calgary. Great-uncle of Cameron D’Arcy, Saint John. Dick was the son of the late John and Vieve Harcourt. Dick was a graduate of Appleby College and the University of New Brunswick. He spent many happy summers at the cottage at Wickham, New Brunswick.
A Memorial Service was held at St. Jude’s Anglican Church, Oakville on October 8, 2014. A private family interment has taken place.
