It is with regret we announce the passing of Edmund Joseph Bishop at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on November 7, 2014 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by his Wife Eileen (2012) and son Brian (1952). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children Bernadette Manning (Jim), Eugene, Roger (Valerie) and Brenda Knight (Robert); seven grandchildren - Rob Manning (Kathleen), Greg Manning, Mark Bishop (Lorena), Stephen Bishop, Kelly Bishop, Tim Knight, Robyn Knight, and precious great-grandson Nathan Manning; sisters-in-law Theresa O'Reilly (Charlie), Marie Rickert (Ron, deceased), Theresa Bishop (Phonse, deceased), and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation to take place on Tuesday 11 Nov and Wednesday 12 Nov from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist on Thursday 13 Nov, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
