It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Florence Young passed peacefully away at her residence on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Predeceased by her husband: Harry (April 16, 2014) and son-in-law: James (2000). She leaves to mourn her daughters: Debbie (Claude Bourgeois), Darlene (Gary Rose), Donna (Jason), sons: Harry Jr. and Bill (Jackie), grandchildren: Giselle, Jay, Danielle, Jean-Marc, Dennis, Jeremy, Corey, Joshua, Andrew, Dianna, and Cameron, great-grandchildren: Amber, Emily, Marcus, James Ava and Roman, sister: Mary Degroot (Hank) of Holland, as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave, Mt. Pearl on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Barrett's Chapel on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Interment to take place at a later date.
