BABINEAU, NORA - 1919 - 2014 - It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Nora Babineau of Résidence Au Benaise, Saint-Antoine, NB, on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB, with her family by her side. She was married to the late Aurèle Babineau (2010). She was a devoted wife and mother, always kind and loving and very appreciative of the visits and the care she received at the residence and at the hospital. She had worked for Les Filles De Jesus in Moncton, NB.
Born in Notre-Dame, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and the late Osithe (née: Babineau) Cormier. She will be sadly missed by her sons: Omer of Moncton, Eugène (Patsy) of Canaan Forks and Ronald of Dieppe; two granddaughters: Maryse and Rachel (Shawn); one brother, Normand (Dora) of Moncton; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters: Ida and Hélène and also by six brothers: Alyre, Clovis, Oscar, François, Blair and Alderic.
Visitation will be held from Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur Parish Salon, Notre-Dame, NB on Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur Roman Catholic Church, Notre-Dame, NB, on Friday, November 28th, 2014 at 4 pm. Interment in the Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
