RINGER, Vivian Marlene, age 78 of Sandy Point, formerly of Little Harbour, passed away in Roseway Hospital on Thursday, November 20, 2014 with her family by her side. Born in West Green Harbour, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Hester (Buchanan) Enslow. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved being with family and friends. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching television and going for drives on nice days. She was an avid bird watcher and especially liked watching the humming birds. She also loved her cat, Fluffy. In her earlier years she worked in several different fish plants. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband, Robert; daughters, Rhoda, Sharon and Roberta; sons, Leon, Russell and Robert; brothers, Melvin, Russell, Norman and Lionel; sisters, Margaret, Lorna, Geneva, Sylvia and Rose; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by brother, Arthur Enslow; sisters, Beatrice MacKenzie and Mildred MacIntosh. The funeral service was held on November 22 from Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Shelburne. Interment was in Little Harbour Cemetery with Pastor Wayne Dooks officiating, Margaret Rose, organist. Memorial donations may be made to Roseway Hospital or charity of your choice.
