At Ottawa Ontario on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 of Calvin Costain formerly of Miminegash, age 77 years. Born Sept.13, 1932 he was the son of the late Ingham and Mae nee Ellsworth Costain. Dear father to Glenda (Malcolm) Peters of Saint John N.B., Gloria Costain of Ottawa, Daisy Costain of Charlottetown, Dale (Sheila) of Bedeque, Rhonda (Barry Gallant) of Nail Pond, Melonie (Tim MacDonald) of Ottawa. He is also survived by the mother of his children Lucina Costain of Tignish. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Dear brother to Margaret Smith of Kensington and Glenn (Theresa) Costain of Glenwwood. He was predeceased by a brother Ira and by sisters Stella and Marion. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Monday from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral on Tuesday morning from the funeral home for funeral service at 11 a.m. Rev. John Wilson officiating. Interment of Cremains to take place later in the Miminegash United Church Cemetery.
