Passed peacefully away on December 13, Marjorie Bishop Akerman of Cupids. Predeceased by her parents, Harold & Maud Dawe, husband, William D. Akerman, son, Roger, daughter, Joan Moore, granddaughter, Kimberly Akerman. Leaving to mourn with fond memories, daughters, Judy (Garfield) Chatman, Eleanor Dillon, sons, Harold (Glennis), Fred (Linda), Dean (Debbie), Donald, Scott (Dawn), daughter-in-law, Jessie Akerman, son-in-law, Lloyd Moore, 13 grandchildren & 17 great-grandchildren also a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Monday, Dec 15 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. 2-5 & 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, Dec 16 from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. Funeral to take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the Cupids United Church with interment to follow in the U.C.
